Expression of tissue factor and tissue factor pathway inhibitors during ovulation in rats: a relevance to the ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome

چکیده
Abstract Background Blood coagulation has been associated with ovulation and female infertility. In this study, the expression of tissue factor system was examined during in immature rats; correlation between ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) evaluated both rats human follicular fluids. Methods Ovaries were obtained at various times after chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) injection to investigate system. Expression levels factor, pathway inhibitor (Tfpi)-1 Tfpi-2 genes proteins determined by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR), Western blot immunofluorescence analyses, respectively. also investigated ovaries OHSS-induced fluid infertile women. Results The preovulatory follicles stimulated hCG, reaching a maximum 6 h. Tissue expressed oocytes follicles. mRNA mainly increased hCG granulosa cells whereas Tfpi-1 decreased hCG. Human CG-stimulated inhibited progesterone receptor antagonist. increase proliferator-activated γ (PPARγ) Decreased detected rats. Interestingly, concentrations fluids women undergoing vitro fertilization correlated pregnancy but not OHSS. Conclusions Collectively, results indicate that is ovulatory process moreover, exists OHSS humans.

Objective: The goal of this research was to determine the influence of 4 weeks aerobic training on gene expression of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), hypoxia-inducible factor-1 alpha (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the cardiac tissue of diabetic rats. Materials and Methods: In an experimental study, 30 male wistar rats were partitioned into three groups (n=10), d...

15 صفحه اولvitrification affects the expression of matrix metalloproteinases and their tissue inhibitors of mouse ovarian tissue
background: one of the most major obstacles of ovarian tissue vitrification is suboptimal developmental competence of follicles. matrix metalloproteinases 2 (mmp-2) and 9 (mmp-9) and their tissue inhibitors timp-1 and timp-2 are involved in the remodeling of the extracellular matrix in the ovaries. objective: this study aimed to evaluate the expression of mmp-2, mmp-9, timp-1, and timp-2 genes ...
متن کاملTissue factor, tissue factor pathway inhibitor and cytoadhesive molecules in patients with an acute coronary syndrome.
The tissue factor plays a crucial role in initiating blood coagulation after plaque rupture in patients with acute coronary syndrome. It is abundant in atherosclerotic plaques. Moreover, P-selectin, some cytokines, endotoxin and immune complexes can stimulate monocytes and induce the tissue factor expression on their surface. The aim of the study was to compare plasma levels of the tissue facto...
متن کاملInhibitors of Factor VIIa/tissue factor.
The formation of the proteolytic complex composed of the serine protease Factor VIIa and the cell-associated glycoprotein tissue factor (FVIIa/TF) initiates a cascade of amplified zymogen activation reactions leading to thrombus formation. The critical role of the coagulation cascade in pathological thrombosis has been the basis for significant efforts to design selective inhibitors of the prot...
